The stereotype holds true in my case – I'm a woman who knows nothing about cars.  And I admit I had a very sour taste in my mouth after dealing with all the local VW dealership repair shops.  I needed to take my car somewhere I could trust, that was personal, and wasn't going to break my bank either!  My friend Amber suggested I check out The Wagon Shop and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and the attention to detail my vehicle and I received over a year ago when I first went in for something as simple as a new battery.  It was after that experience I knew I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else, and I'm glad I didn't!  About six months ago my headlights spontaneously started turning off, windshield wipers and turn indicators stopped working, etc.  Not good!  When I called, Greg understood that working for a doctor, I don't have a very flexible schedule but not being able to rely on my car in the middle of winter in Seattle isn't an option either.  He and his team bent over backwards to accommodate me – from picking my car up on his way to work, fixing the problem in one day and making sure the extended warranty company covered my repairs was above and beyond my expectations.  They also checked my car bumper to bumper and made another appointment to pick up my car from me so that they could repair everything possible before my extended warranty was up.  It doesn't matter to me what I need to have done to my car – major or minor.  The Wagon Shop is without a doubt the place I feel everyone should bring their vehicles.  Thank you Greg and everyone on your team!  You guys are the BEST!

The Wagon Shop has done all of the work on my various German and Japanese cars for at least 30 years. I keep going back for several reasons. They are totally honest in every respect. They will never recommend work unless it is absolutely necessary. And last, I can’t remember ever having to take a car back because the job wasn’t complete or done right.
